Lecture Theatre

Seating for 146. Projection TV / Video, slides and computer images. Flexible lighting and speech reinforcement. A Grand piano. The theatre is acoustically designed for both conference presentations and concerts. Air conditioned.
 

Rotunda Foyer

The elegant foyer is a superb exhibition venue and can be used for the reception of guests and breaks in a conference / concert programme.
 

Conference Room

Spacious and flexible. The room has plenty of natural daylight and is air-conditioned. A 3 metre projection.
Suitable for;

Conference for up to 80 guests
Dinners for up to 88 guests
Buffet meal for up to 150 guests
Exhibition

Teaching Rooms

A large space can be divided by sound-proof screens into 2/3/4 rooms and air conditioned. Conference seating up to 80 guests. Exam seating up to 45 candidates. The use of break-out rooms is available to conferences at the Kaetsu Centre.
 

Meeting Rooms

Suitable for a group of up to 20 guests. Meeting rooms for smaller groups are also available. Air conditioned.
 

Japanese Room

12 tatami-mat-sized. Equipped for tea ceremony and for introduction of other forms of Japanese culture with Japanese rock garden.
